Providing Financial Assistance for Residents When Qualified
We understand that rising costs can be challenging for those on fixed incomes. To ensure residents can continue to call Sierra Winds home, the foundation provides rental assistance for those facing financial hardships.
Enhancing Our Community
When important upgrades are needed, we step in to provide funding. From replacing outdated hand-crank healthcare beds with power-operated models to purchasing power lifts for the healthcare center, we work to improve the comfort and care of our residents.
Initiating Resident-Requested Improvements
The Interfaith Chapel, made possible by many generous donations and the dedication of our community, was our first major project. Thanks to residents' contributions, the chapel was built and continues to thrive today.

You also receive an immediate partial tax deduction in the year you establish the annuity, and a portion of each payment may be tax-free.
